We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Head of New Relationships to join our Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement (MFE) directorate. This role will play a key part in leading the transformation of our New Relationships Team to be insight-led and understand the needs of our supporters.
What will I be doing?
1. Develop and deliver the multi-year Relationship Management & Sponsorship acquisition strategy.
2. Embed and optimize the use of Salesforce CRM and data insight tools.
3. Collaborate with the Relationship Management, MFE & CRUK Leadership Teams.
4. Maximize the impact and engagement of the Corporate Board & their networks.
5. Be accountable for the team’s performance and delivery of targets.
6. Lead your management and extended teams through a cultural and capability shift.
What skills are we looking for?
1. Extensive experience in new business or sales environments.
2. Experience creating propositions.
3. Relevant market knowledge and experience in commercial/community environments.
4. Strong understanding of brand value.
5. Experience creating and leading high-performing teams.
6. Experience developing strategies and implementation plans.
7. Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
8. A willingness and ability to travel across the UK.
