Resource Planner Client: BAE Systems Location: Barrow-in-Furness Duration: 12 months Rate: £40 PAYE or £52 Umbrella Working Arrangements: 3 days on site per week An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen within the People Capability Team, part of the Governance and Resourcing Team at BAE Systems. They are looking for a Workforce Planner for a 12 month period to support workforce planning and resource management. About the Role This role involves a high level of reporting, data gathering, and workforce planning. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in project planning, HR, or resource management. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Knowledge & Experience: Strong understanding of workforce planning and resource management. Experience in HR, project planning, or a similar field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HS&E) requirements. Skills & Attributes: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
