Role Description
* This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Shirley. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property management, administrative assistance, and customer service within the Lettings Department.
Duties will include
* Planned and reactive maintenance enquiries for fully managed properties
* Gas Safety Certificates
* Tenancy Renewals
* Assisting with the Lettings Team
* Other property management duties
Qualifications
* Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Property Management and Lettings
* Administrative Assistance skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work
* Used to working in a fast paced environment
Working hours are Mon-Fri 9-5.50 with an hour for lunch
