The business is investing heavily in technology to be able to deliver a market-leading customer experience, with these advances being a key part of the business plan over the next few years. Vibrant is a high volume transactional business currently performing over 500 transactions per day across the whole of the UK through use of its home-based Property Partner network. Job Description As our Subcontractor Administrator, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the Subcontract Manager and ensuring the smooth administration of our panel of subcontractors. You will handle various administrative tasks, manage communications, and assist in maintaining the efficiency of our processes along with the performance of our panel teams. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the management of the assessor communication channels such as mailboxes and messaging platforms. Regularly communicating with the panel to drive engagement and foster positive relationships. Assisting with chasing reports that are overdue by 48 hours or more. Keeping our systems up to date with Assessor holidays, changes in hours, new starters, and leavers. Assisting with rate, job, and invoice enquiries to ensure smooth operations. Updating data monitoring systems to assist with Management Information (MI) reporting. Performing panel admin duties as and when required to assist the Panel Manager. Maintaining compliance of accreditation and documentations stored for panel assessors. Skills Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with subcontractors and internal teams. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in using software and platforms for data entry and project management. Experience in an administrative role, ideally within the property or energy sector, is advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively. Resilient approach when dealing with complex and difficult conversations. Benefits Salary Banding: Starting from £24k annually, with an opportunity to earn up to 10% salary (performance-based quarterly bonus). Holiday: 22 days a year plus bank holidays.
