Job Title: IT/Desktop Support Administrator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding and operational experience across various IT domains, including but not limited to Intune, SharePoint, O365/Teams admin console, SCCM, remote desktop solutions, Citrix, VPNs, workstation building, mobile environments (Android and iOS), Windows and MacOS support, meeting rooms technology (MTR and BYOD), users or devices management in AD or Azure-AD, and ticketing tools.

* Dell OS Support Assist Recovery
* Guided script installation for Windows
* Apple Configurator DFU Image process
* Apple Internet Recovery process to latest Version
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and administration roles.
* Comprehensive understanding and operational experience in the aforementioned IT domains.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) preferred but not required.
