We are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator on behalf of our Public Sector client based in Birmingham. The role will include the management of onboarding and employee documentation.\n\nClient Details\n\nOur client is a large organisation in the public sector based in Birmingham recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis and bolster their large human resources function.\n\nDescription\n\nMaintain and update company databases.\nOrganise, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.\nManage and update HR documents, like employment contracts and recruitment guides.\nCoordinate training sessions and seminars.\nPerform orientations and update records of new staff.\nAssist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.\nFacilitate procedures after hiring by coordinating tasks with new hires.\nCollaborate with the team to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.Profile\n\nA successful HR Administrator should have:\n\nProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.\nThe ability to work as part of a team.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent administrative and organisational skills.\nEffective communication skills.\nThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nA degree in human resources or a related field.Job Offer\n\nA salary of between £26000 and £28000 per annum\n4 days per week working from home\nAn enriching temporary assignment within the public sector.\nA supportive and collaborative work environment.\nA chance to contribute to a large organisation in the public sector.We encourage all who believe they meet the essential requirements to apply.
