As a Servicing & Deployment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will be responsible for optimizing the deployment of our engineer resources across specified geographical areas, ensuring that work is scheduled and planned to meet customer needs and targeted KPIs. Your role will involve maintaining legislative documentation, handling basic financial tasks, and keeping customers and clients informed about ongoing repairs and processes.
We are looking for someone with proven administrative experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple work streams effectively. You should be proficient in using Microsoft Packages and systems, and have strong planning and organizational skills to manage conflicting priorities. A methodical and flexible approach, high accuracy, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
