Job Title: Demand Planner - 12 Month FTC Location: Uxbridge, Hybrid Industry: FMCG Are you a hungry and driven Demand Planning professional looking to step into a pivotal role that will help shape the success of a global FMCG business? The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a multi-billion dollar business in the Beverage industry and leading the search for their next Demand Planner within their EMEA business. This role will be a pivotal part of the EMEA Planning. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will ensure that demand plans are reflected in SAP to drive forecast accuracy. This role is initially a 12-month FTC. Key Responsibilities Process, analyse and track forecasts received from distribution partners and bottlers to ensure MRP and supply planning are driven by the latest demand information. Regularly check for slow-moving and obsolete finished good risks, report and follow up by closely working with other functional teams Proactively identify, communicate and follow up on significant trends and demand changes to achieve optimum finished goods and kit inventory holding within the network Maintain forecast demand within SAP so the system holds the latest details and supports operational plans Build good work relationships with bottlers, distribution partners, commercial and other cross-functional team members Support the development and implementation of improved forecasting & demand planning software & S&OP process Closely work with new product development team to support new product launch plans and timelines Lead the demand review meeting and Support S&OP Manager in holding the different meetings of the S&OP process Your profile 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, ideally within the FMCG space however alternative industry experience will be considered Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously SAP APO Experience highly desirable Strong people and communication skills Able to adapt and thrive in an entrepreneurial and rapidly changing environment Strong sense of urgency and of responsibility Must be a team player and demonstrate successful experience working in a cross-functional international team environment Perform well under pressure Strong understanding of S&OP processes and demand planning factors model Ability to work independently, achieving goals and deadlines If you’re a results-focused individual with high energy and passion who demonstrates high commitment and dedication to your personal performance, then we’d love to hear from you Get in touch with Erin at the Advocate Group or ‘Apply Now’ to be considered for this position.
