The Nuffield Department of Population Health undertakes world-leading research into long term, chronic health conditions, operating large-scale long-term studies and projects to identify the causes, prevention and treatment of diseases that result in avoidable suffering for millions of people around the world. As an IT Support Technician, you will join a dedicated and friendly team providing vital IT support to all of the department’s work and research projects. Your main responsibilities will include providing front line support, troubleshooting and technical fixes across a range of desktop and mobile systems. To be considered for the role you will have experience in customer focused IT support and an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving. You will have a good all round knowledge of IT systems and be organised and methodical with strong communication and organisational skills. The position is full time (part time considered) fixed term for two years. The closing date for applications is noon on Monday, 06 January 2025.
