Brief
As the Commercial Administrator, you will support the commercial team and act as the first point of contact for the team, managing the flow of communication within the business.
You will assist with marketing efforts to help convert new leads into customers and follow the post-sale order process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Using the CRM system, you'll track order progress and keep customers updated on their builds and delivery dates.
Additionally, you'll assist in generating NPS feedback reports, support tender responses, and contribute to planning and event attendance. You’ll also help the commercial team with creating proposals, quotations, and managing commercial admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
1. Drive lead generation efforts, ensuring the accurate addition and maintenance of new contacts within the CRM system to support sales growth.
2. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to assist with the development and execution of lead nurturing campaigns, as well as contributing to the creation and management of blog content.
3. Adhere to established sales administration processes, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with the relevant members of the commercial team to meet business objectives.
4. Provide essential support to the commercial team by assisting in the creation and preparation of proposals and quotations, ensuring they align with client needs and company standards.
5. Work closely with colleagues in the commercial department to analyse and interpret NPS feedback, preparing detailed reports as directed to drive insights and improvements.
6. Collaborate with the commercial team on various functional activities, providing support in the preparation of tender responses, assisting in strategic planning, and actively participating in the organisation and attendance of events to enhance business development opportunities.
7. Any other duties as required.
Experience and Qualifications
1. Experience in an office administration role or equivalent

6. Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
7. Must be software savvy, but specific training will be provided.
