The Role: Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a Senior HubSpot Marketing Automation Executive, you will be optimising and managing our HubSpot strategy, refining automation, setting up workflows, and enhancing processes to maximise impact. As the owner of our HubSpot platform, you'll nurture leads, boost conversions, and create engaging content while using data-driven insights to personalise the digital journey. If you are looking to make a difference, thrive in a growing business and share our ambition, we would love to hear from you As our Senior HubSpot Marketing Automation Executive your key responsibilities will be: HubSpot workflow management: Design, build, and optimise automated workflows within HubSpot to support lead generation, lead nurturing and sales conversion. Email automation: Create and implement automated email campaigns, including personalisation, engagement and re-engagement campaigns CRM data management: Ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and segmented effectively to drive targeted marketing automation. Lead scoring & segmentation: Develop and implement lead scoring models and segmentation strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of HubSpot automation workflows, one-shots and all connected digital activity, providing insights and recommendations for a seamless lead to order journey. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, commercial and sales to ensure alignment between automation strategies and company targets. Troubleshooting & Optimisation: Regularly assess the performance of existing workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimisations to improve efficiency and outcomes. Integration: Collaborate with other platforms or tools integrated with HubSpot, ensuring smooth data flow and efficiency in the automation processes. What you’ll bring to toob: Proven experience working with HubSpot, with a deep understanding of HubSpot automation capabilities. Strong knowledge of inbound marketing practices, lead nurturing, email automation, and CRM management. Experience in creating and managing HubSpot workflows, lists, segmentation, and lead scoring models. Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and optimise the performance of automation campaigns and workflows. Proficiency in HubSpot and GA4 reporting tools and ability to present data-driven insights. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams across the organisation. Ability to work strategically, analysing performance and providing recommendations to performance. Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation techniques. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for customising email templates Knowledge of other marketing automation platforms or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus. Must have technical / professional qualifications: 3 years' experience in a similar role. Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, IT or similar or equivalent working experience HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software) is desirable.
