About the Position As a Junior Delivery Manager within our Professional Services team, you will be a critical part of our customer success stories. You will support agile, cross-functional teams who work closely with our customers to deliver quantifiable impact. The Junior Delivery Manager will work proactively and with attention to detail to support the successful delivery of customer projects and contribute to continuous improvement. Responsibilities Act as a point of contact for our customers’ queries, helping to manage expectations and communicate progress. Help to identify and realise commercial and product opportunities Develop detailed knowledge of Lifecycle’s customers, products and services to contribute to the company’s growth. Assist in planning and coordinating software delivery activities across multiple teams. Work with delivery leads and stakeholders to maintain roadmaps and timelines. Help manage project tracking tools e.g. JIRA, Smartsheets Attend and help facilitate regular team stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and customer updates to support delivery of projects which meet requirements on time Support the production of presentation packs to playback solution designs to customers and internal teams Hand over development items to Managed Service and customer operation teams with training and documentation as required Remain up to date with product development so that you can own and develop relationships with partners to optimise and enhance our integrations. Identify and escalate delivery risks and blockers early. Support the continuous improvement of delivery processes and team workflows. Maintain clear documentation around project goals, progress and outcomes. Enforce and promote SCRUM disciplines supporting our drive towards agile ways of working Act as a key contact during post-implementation warranty periods, identifying where hyper care is required to ensure seamless deployments Support the management of resource budgets including communication to stakeholders Risk management throughout project phases including mitigation plans and escalations Regular reporting to stakeholders including velocity measurements and delivery alignments Develop successful relationships with partners to optimise and enhance our integrations Requirements Essential Some experience in a delivery, project coordination or team support role. A basic understanding of agile delivery practices. Proactive mindset with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. Comfortable using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets Enthusiasm for technology and building great software products. Keen to work with senior level business, partner and customer stakeholders to build a collaborative, transparent and high trust culture Organisational skills and the flexibility to adapt to fast-paced change and deployments Effective communication and facilitation skills Ability to work within a team as well as being a self-starter who can work autonomously Comfortable giving and receiving feedback at all levels, always behaving with integrity Desirable Some experience in customer facing roles Exposure to software development environments Familiarity with delivery metrics and reporting
