We are looking for an inspiring teacher to provide creative and exciting learning environments to motivate and encourage students to show ambition, maximise their potential and embrace all aspects of school life and to develop a wide-ranging skill set.
Position: Primary School Teaching Assistant
Location: Swansea, SA5
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday
Salary: £166.32 daily rate
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons (EY – KS2).
* Understand classroom management by maintaining a positive classroom environment, including managing student behaviour, ensuring student safety, and promoting a positive learning environment.
* Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Assess student progress by marking, monitoring and providing feedback along with effective assessment strategies to ensure students are meeting learning objectives.
* Participate in school-wide activities and contribute to a positive school culture.
What we’re looking for:
* NQT with relevant degree and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
* Passion for education and desire to inspire young children.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.
* Enthusiasm to participate in continuous professional development.
