We are hiring for our client, a leading energy provider, seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant to drive growth in the Industrial & Commercial sector. Covering a broad licensed area from Warrenpoint through Newry, Craigavon, Antrim, Ballymena, Coleraine, and up to Derry/Londonderry, this role is pivotal in building and managing strong relationships with commercial customers while supporting them in transitioning to a lower carbon future.

The Role:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Industrial & Commercial sector.
* Manage relationships with commercial customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Provide expert guidance to customers on transitioning to a lower carbon future.
* Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including local government representatives, councils, and industry bodies.
* Stay informed on industry trends, government incentives, and the evolving energy market.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer onboarding.
* Develop and manage the local installer network to support market growth.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures, including health and safety standards.
The Person:
* Essential:
o Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in a B2B or technical sales environment, preferably within the energy sector.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
o Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
o Full UK driving licence.

o Professional sales training or technical background in energy-related industries.
o Understanding of energy networks and how they contribute to carbon reduction targets.
