About the Role
The Supply Chain Innovation Forum is seeking a pro-active and forward-thinking Lead Engineer (Senior Supply Chain Associate) to be at the forefront of accelerating and embedding supply chain innovation among our esteemed member companies.
This position focuses on establishing robust connections with senior operations and supply chain leaders and cultivating collaborations with WMG's business development team. A significant part of the responsibilities includes engaging with companies for SCIP membership, delivering agreed objectives, and growing the portfolio of companies. It also includes overseeing the organization of SCIP events, selecting pertinent themes, acquiring speakers, and enhancing the overall event experience. Engaging with various industry partners, the Lead Engineer will discern specific supply chain needs and subsequently curate and deliver groundbreaking solutions. The role also entails offering captivating workshops and presentations tailored specifically for senior executives.

About You
You will be a seasoned Supply Chain Expert with a background in Operations or Supply Chain, preferably from a consultancy or advisory background. You will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and have proven experience in leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives, showcasing your critical thinking and problem-solving prowess.
