Role Overview:
As a Data & Reporting Engineer, you'll be central to developing and supporting business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Azure. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you'll work on data modeling, ETL processes, and visualizations, helping to drive data-driven decision-making across the business. You'll also have the chance to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the ongoing success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and development of BI solutions and secure data sets within the Microsoft Azure environment.
* Execute complex ETL integrations using Azure Data Factory and related technologies.
* Support business users in creating impactful reports while ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements for long-term solutions.
* Participate in digital transformation projects and maintain consistency across the company's application suite.
Key Essential Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in data engineering or business intelligence roles.
* Strong proficiency in SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and Microsoft Azure technologies.
* Hands-on experience with ETL processes using tools like SSIS and ADF.
* Solid understanding of GDPR and data management best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
