Job Description:
Location: Evesham, WR11 2QT
Salary: £25-27k pro rata plus comprehensive benefits package
Working Hours: 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
1. Daily credit control duties such as updating the system tracking and ledger notes.
2. Carrying out monthly Sales Ledger downloads and updating it with the appropriate information.
3. Preparing and holding debtors’ meetings with depot managers and Directors.
4. Preparing and issuing out monthly debt reminders, pre-legal letters, and managing legal actions or external debt recovery as required.
5. Taking payments and creating new customer accounts.
6. Carrying out credit checks and monitoring accounts on “STOP”.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience working in a similar position.
2. Understanding or interest in Agricultural, Turf, or Plant Equipment.
3. Basic IT competency.
4. Confident phone and email communication skills.
5. High attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills.
6. Proven ability to work well in a team.
7. Willingness to provide support to other finance team members with ad hoc tasks.
