We are inviting applications for a Consultant Radiologist - general radiologist with specialist interest in head and neck Imaging. Applicants will have the following qualifications: MBBS (or equivalent) FRCR (or equivalent) Completion of general radiology training or within 6 months of obtaining CCT (or equivalent) by interview date Appropriate subspecialty training Previous NHS radiology experience Fully registered with GMC with a licence to practice The plan is for a 10 programmed activities (PA) job consisting of 8.5 PAs of direct clinical care (DCC) and 1.5 SPA (supporting professional activities), as agreed during the annual Job Planning. The session of Speciality Imaging will be flexible Main duties of the job CLINICAL The post holders' duties will be primarily based at the Colchester General Hospital. The timetable will include 8.5 direct clinical care (DCC) sessions and 1.5 supporting programmed activities (SPA). 1 SPA is usually off-site. The Candidate will be expected to share with colleagues a commitment to the general reporting, Duty radiology, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, MRI, and CT depending on interests and experience.
