Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team.
4. Demonstrate a strong commercial business mind with a passionate desire to succeed.
5. Exhibit leadership qualities to overcome objections and remain persistent with a growth mindset.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the industry.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
8. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience
1. Proven experience in business development or 360 background in recruitment with a strong track record of achieving targets.
2. Familiarity with Indeed, Total jobs, LinkedIn, and social media recruitment platforms.
3. Experience in industrial and commercial recruitment.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
5. Ability to assess and respond to the needs of each particular client.
6. Demonstrated ability in lead generation and conversion to client.
7. Ability to work independently.
