Job Description
We are seeking Project Managers to help deliver high-profile projects in the Infrastructure and Defence sectors.
Based in our Bristol Office, you will work with colleagues and client teams across the South West, supporting hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leading and developing project teams or work streams to achieve results.
2. Managing project budgets, including monthly forecasting and control.
3. Overseeing project schedules and wider elements of complex projects.
4. Managing internal and external stakeholders using effective stakeholder management techniques.
5. Applying knowledge and experience in related infrastructure and defence sectors.
6. Formulating project business cases, detailing objectives, costs, and benefits.
7. Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
Desired Experience
* Experience with UK Government and Tier 1 organizations, especially in Defence.
* Background in project/program management from strategic planning through delivery.
* Experience in regulated construction and infrastructure sectors, including Nuclear.
* Procurement and NEC contract management experience is advantageous.
* Managing contractors, consultants, and advisors on infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
Essential: Degree in a relevant subject, plus experience. Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2, APM PMQ, Agile).
Desirable: MAPM membership, NEC accreditation, Certified project management associate.
Other Requirements
Hybrid working is supported, with an expectation of 60% site/office attendance, flexible based on business needs.
