We are expanding our team and seeking a DNO Field Service Representative to support planned electricity supply interruptions, focussed on customer communication and ensuring efficient project execution across the South of England. As a DNO Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering customer notification letters for planned supply interruptions, engaging with customers and with a strong understanding of distribution network operations to address any project concerns. This role is well-suited for individuals at various stages in their careers, particularly those with prior experience in similar roles. Key Responsibilities: Notification Delivery: Personally deliver planned interruption notification letters to customers, ensuring timely and clear communication about upcoming supply disruptions. Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information, reassurance, and addressing any concerns related to planned works. Site Assessments: Conduct on-site evaluations to identify constraints and gather information that supports project planning and execution. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, notification deliveries, and site assessments using internal systems. Outage Planning Support: Review affected network segments and assist in updating interruption packs, including drawings and customer-specific details. Progress Monitoring: Track project timelines, monitor progress, and escalate any delays to ensure smooth execution of works. Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Senior Authorised Persons, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with framework obligations and achievement of operational goals. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve customer service, and streamline project delivery. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience working alongside regulated DNOs, particularly in roles involving underground and/or overhead lines activities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with customers and stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge is a bonus). A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the South of England.
