About The Role
* Location: Eastleigh, Southampton
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)
* Salary: up to £25,000pa
Responsibilities – But Not Limited To
* You’ll be working as part of a team to support the depot manager in the running of day-to-day business, involving customer contacts with job updates and enquiries.
* Updating in-house systems including customer reports, invoicing, time sheets, taking payments over the phone, and raising purchase orders via our in-house systems, as well as handling telephone & email enquiries.
* Other ad-hoc general admin duties.
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role
You’ll already be familiar with an office environment. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office for a minimum of 12 months, previous data entry experience, a background in customer service, excellent IT skills (Excel, Word), and the ability to learn new in-house IT systems.
