As a Business Manager, your role will be pivotal in inspiring and leading a talented team of Beauty Advisors, Fragrance Specialists, Counter Managers, and Make-up Artists. You’ll be responsible for creating unforgettable in-store experiences and driving sales across Cosmetics, Fragrance, and Skincare categories. You will empower your team to build trust and loyalty with customers while ensuring business objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable customer experiences. Manage product inventory and ensure key products are available and ready for customers. Oversee team schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak customer interaction hours. Identify business strengths and opportunities, developing strategies to drive growth and achieve short- and long-term goals. Foster a culture of continuous development, inspiring and coaching your team to meet and exceed performance expectations. Collaborate with retail teams in department stores to build long-lasting relationships and drive retail growth through innovative events. What We’re Looking For: A passion for luxury beauty and delivering outstanding service. Strong business acumen and experience managing product inventory. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team. A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. A positive and dynamic leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in beauty retail management is a plus.
