Join our Midlands Masterplanning Team We're seeking a talented Senior Urban Design Technician in our Birmingham office. What you'll do: Technical Expertise: Provide technical support for a variety of projects including major residential and mixed-use development masterplans of up to 10,000 dwellings. Creative Visioning: Develop inspiring visions for new settlements and urban extensions. Design Delivery: Produce high-quality masterplan drawings, design strategies, and detailed illustrations. Collaboration: Work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams. Client Focus: Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members. What you'll need: Relevant professional qualification Experience in a similar role, ideally within a private sector environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, GIS, and Microsoft Office with a portfolio of recent UK project examples Strong understanding of construction methods and design regulations Excellent communication and organisational skills A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team A full UK driving license (advantageous, not essential) Why join us?
