Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for robust IT systems? We’re seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to maintain, develop, and optimise our school’s IT network and systems, ensuring seamless technology support for staff and students.
This position is well-suited to a strong communicator with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed.
This position is based in the IT Department and answers to the Head of IT. You will be responsible for physical IT infrastructure and networking and providing IT support across the school.
Requirements:
* Educated to ‘A’ Level or equivalent, including an IT-related subject
* Minimum two years’ experience in infrastructure/network maintenance or IT support
* Strong understanding of networking concepts (DHCP, VLANs, DNS)
* Experience with Microsoft 365 platforms and Azure VM
* Proven ability to deliver a positive and timely user experience
