HollandGreen seeks a highly skilled Head of Marketing to lead brand development and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
HollandGreen is an award-winning Residential Design Practice incorporating Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Design, and Project Management divisions. We have built a reputation for designing and delivering innovative and sustainable award-winning homes across the south of England.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and client leads. They will work closely with the senior leadership team to create a strong market presence, enhance portfolio visibility, and build HollandGreen's profile within the property sector and business networks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals and positioning within the architecture, interior design, and landscape design sectors.
* Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels (print, digital, social media) to elevate the company's brand profile.
* Oversee the development of compelling content such as project portfolios, industry insights, brochures, and videos that showcase HollandGreen's design expertise, values, and projects.
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to increase online visibility, build HollandGreen's brand, and attract new clients and partners.
* Manage media relationships, coordinate press releases, and ensure the firm is represented in target publications, both digital and print.
* Devise client engagement strategies, utilising CRM tools to track leads, and work with the Partners and Practice Manager to nurture relationships, build HollandGreen's profile, and enhance client satisfaction.
* Establish partnerships with industry influencers, like-minded brands, and complementary design businesses to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
* Stay informed and abreast of the property and design industries and client trends to understand the competitive landscape, client needs, and emerging trends.
* Plan and manage HollandGreen's external-facing events that align with the company's brand values.
* Lead and mentor the marketing team, freelancers, and agencies, and collaborate with HollandGreen's Design Teams to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience within architecture, interior design, or landscape design industries would be beneficial.
* Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
* Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
* Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with marketing software (CRM, SEO tools, social media platforms).
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
