Tasks
We are looking for driven and passionate individuals to do the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of dishes, whilst complying with policies on quality and food hygiene. Responsibilities include planning and pricing menu items, ordering supplies, and supervising activities of kitchen assistants and workers.
1. Preparing and cooking foods of all types in the required quantities.
2. Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
3. Supervising and coordinating activities of kitchen assistants and workers.
4. Working with the head cook on food presentation and creating decorative food displays.
5. Maintaining good health and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in the food service industry.
2. Food safety certification.
3. Able to work weekends and holidays.
