I am working with a client in East Leeds to recruit a temporary Customer Service Coordinator. This role is for someone immediately available to start temporarily with a view to going permanently. Experience in a Manufacturing or FMCG background is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Handle order processing, including export orders and accompanying documentation.
2. Customer Enquiries: Respond to telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
3. Invoice Queries: Investigate and complete all invoice queries for credit.
4. Delivery Management: Advise customers when delivery promises are compromised and take necessary actions.
5. Sales Pricing: Input sales prices, check, and file for audit purposes.
6. Production Liaison: Work closely with the production team to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
7. Logistics Coordination: Liaise with hauliers to ensure products are delivered as promised.
8. Account Management: Collaborate with account managers regarding products and prices.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing or FMCG background is essential.
2. Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling orders and documentation.
4. Team Player: The ability to work effectively with various departments and external partners.
