Health Visitor and Clinical Quality Fellow

What you'll do:
1. Health Visitor Role:
o Provide expert health visiting services to families in various community settings.
o Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
o Contribute to the development and evaluation of innovative health visiting services.
2. Clinical Quality Fellow Role:
o Undertake a structured work-based program, mentored by a Public Health Nurse Consultant.
o Identify, design, and manage a project focused on improving population health and reducing health inequalities.
o Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the organization's quality strategy objectives.
What we're looking for:
1. A UK registered health visitor with a strong clinical background.
2. A passion for improving public health and addressing health disparities.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
4. A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
5. A commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
