Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of The Coylumbridge Hotel, a well-established resort in the UK. This role involves being operational while working with other heads of departments to support them in running their areas, covering various HOD roles when absences occur, and helping to develop the business by expanding current outlet offerings. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be proactive in training and developing the team and leading with exceptional customer service.
