Their approach emphasizes collaboration and early contractor involvement to ensure reliable water distribution. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will: Have experience of applications and CVR’s. Prepare forecasts / reports; cost, profit / loss, value etc. Manage subcontract enquiries and prepare contracts. Be responsible for minimising cost and maximising value, ensuring controls are in place to manage and monitor the operating cost base. Assisting with Risk and Value Management to optimise solution and regularly review with the project team. Our client requires an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with: Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar. Experience of working for a Civil Engineering contractor. Excellent communication skills. Experience of commercially delivering multi-million-pound schemes. A good knowledge of NEC suite of contracts. Salary and benefits include: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum. Car/car allowance. 25 days annual, plus Bank Holidays.
