This individual needs to be able to use their experiences and develop that into a well-respected educational settings. Job roles & requirements: Experience working with children. Help support the class teacher to create a positive and inclusive classroom that enable all children to reach their full potential. Be willing to participate in 1-1 and small group activities planned out by the classroom teacher. Provide feedback from class tasks to support the teacher in planning lessons and learn opportunities for the children. Conduct yourself in a professional and friendly manner. Provide 2 references – Already have an ‘ Enhanced child DBS’ on the update service or be willing to register for one.
