An outstanding opportunity for a Head of HR Business Partners & ER to lead a team of HR BPs and HR Advisors/ER professionals in aprehensive HR/ER service to the organisation.
You will be part of the Senior HR & OD team with a focus on overseeing the HR Business Partners and HR Advisors in the oversight ofplex employer relations and union relationships.
Key Areas
1. Leadership of HR team - including HR Business Partners and Employer Relations Team
2. Lead and develop an effective relationship with unions with a key role in leading consultations and negotiations
3. Develop the capabilities of the HR team, in particular with employer relations.
4. Lead the HR Business Partners and provide direction and support to active objectives across a range of areas including management development, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, culture and change development, wellbeing and employee engagement.
5. Role model and subject-matter expert on generalist HR matters, for example, ER, performance management, employee engagement and a point of escalation forplex employer relations.
6. Support the HR Business Partners with a range ofplex organisational change projects.
Candidates
7. We are seeking senior HR professionals with substantial experience of leadership of large HR teams, including HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, Employer Relations Advisors.
8. You will need experience of working within large andplex unionised environments.
9. Substantial experience inplex employer relations, change and union relationships.
10. Chartered MCIPD / Level 7 CIPD

12. We are seeking a senior HR professional to be engaged on an initial interim basis via Hays weekly online time sheets.

14. Full time role - PAYE - £39 - 47 per hour or Umbrellapany - £45-55 per hour
15. On site circa 4 days per week in Bournemouth, Dorset, 1 from home
