Job Description
As the first point of contact for Kingsley Napley, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. Your duties will include greeting visitors, responding to emails and phone calls appropriately, managing room bookings, booking taxis and travel, assisting with firm-wide events and data collection and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a professional and organised individual with a professional customer service background. You should have excellent communication skills, be discreet and proactive, and have a good work ethic.
