An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
We are currently looking to expand our Construction and Property Division by adding a new consultant to the team. The role will concentrate on permanent recruitment, providing services to a wide range of clients in the North East of England.
The desk has a wide geographic remit, allowing a new consultant to build a successful desk and drive their own commission earnings. The right candidate will have experience in a 360 role; however, we are open to meeting candidates from various recruitment sector backgrounds, not just Construction. We will also consider applicants with a solid background in Sales roles, especially B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop prosperous business relationships with new and existing clients to gain additional business and develop a profitable desk.
2. Manage your own client and candidate databases and deliver excellent, proactive customer service, ensuring requirements are consistently met.
3. Fill vacancies to varying lead times as requested by the client, sourcing ideal candidates for placement.
4. Grow your client and candidate base through telephone and face-to-face business development activities and advertising.
5. Maintain our outstanding business reputation in all communications through the delivery of a quality consultative service.
6. Achieve agreed individual targets and KPIs, reporting on these to management through weekly meetings and various one-to-ones.
