We are seeking a Business Development Executive for the UK, leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
Mandatory requirement: Recruitment industry sales person only and present in the UK.
Responsibilities:
* Identify partnership opportunities & build relationships with prospective clients.
* Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
* Maintain existing business.
* Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
* Manage sales pipeline.
* Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
* Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in recruitment industry only catering to Banking, Finance, IT, and Healthcare sector.
* Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing; demonstrated sales success.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* CRM experience is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
* Candidates with strong experience in Banking, Finance, IT, and Healthcare sector hiring.
* Experience in Sales/Business development.
* The candidate must have hands-on experience in Business Development capable of bringing direct client for staffing and project needs.
* Generating requirements from new and existing clients.
