Key responsibilities as Registered Nurse:
1. Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in line with care plans and clinical guidelines.
2. Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
3. Monitor and assess residents' physical and emotional needs.
4. Collaborate with care home staff and external healthcare professionals.
5. Maintain accurate, detailed care records in line with regulatory standards.
6. Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families.
7. Promote a safe, caring, and respectful environment for all residents.
8. Supervise care staff and contribute to ongoing staff development when required.
We're looking for a Registered Nurse with:
1. An active NMC Registration (Adult Nurse - RGN)
2. Post-qualification experience (preferably in elderly care)
3. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
4. Up-to-date mandatory training
5. Proof of right to work in the UK
6. Strong clinical and communication skills
7. It would be beneficial if you have a driving licence with access to a vehicle.
