Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 17.30pm & Saturdays as rostered (currently 1 in 4 - Hours 9.30am to 12.30pm)
Holidays: 20 Days per Annum plus Statutory Days (Minimum 8) running from January to December

Simon Brien is looking for an experienced Valuer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Winning New Instructions: Focus primarily on the resale market, while also handling individual site sales, development land, and New Homes.
2. Conducting Viewings: Showcase properties effectively to potential buyers.
3. Sales Negotiation: Navigate negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
4. Contract Management: Oversee contracts meticulously from initiation to completion.
5. Client Reporting and Servicing: Provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout their journey, from initial inquiry to final sale.
6. Workload Prioritization: Manage your time and responsibilities professionally and efficiently.
7. Lead Generation: Actively seek and cultivate new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
2. Proficiency in IT and familiarity with relevant software applications.
3. A full, clean UK driving license is essential.
