Clinical Lead Nurse, Ward 1, Harplands Hospital An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead Nurse on Ward 1, Harplands Hospital. This vacancy would suit someone who has gained at least 12 months Staff Nurse experience and is looking to progress in their career. As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for supporting your Manager in ensuring that our service users’ needs are met through the delivery of high-quality care. As a centre of excellence, you will offer a person-centred approach to their independence and well-being. Ward 1 is a mixed gender acute admissions ward for patients between the ages of 18-65. We pride ourselves in being a dynamic, fast paced acute ward specializing in complex mental health needs. The post holder is responsible for the delivery of care and for the supervision of others who are carrying out all aspects of the caring process. The post-holder will assist in setting and maintaining standards of care, will participate in maintaining effective management of the team and unit and will also maintain effective integration with the multi-disciplinary team and assist with the facilitation of a collaborative approach to patient focussed care. There is scope to develop the clinical lead post to work across the ward and the community settings. To enhance integrated care, acting as a bridge between the ward and community team, offering practical and clinical experience in both environments.
