You’ll partner closely with the Head of HR, playing a key role in driving organisational development and design, transformation and TUPE, as well as managing several other people-focused projects.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Lead on organisational development, design and transformation in a matrixed, c.2,000 employee business.
2. Manage complex TUPE and ensure smooth integration.
3. Work hand-in-hand with the People Partners to support the business through change.
4. Provide strategic input and expert HR advice at senior levels.
What you’ll need:
1. Extensive experience in OD and transformation.
2. Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
3. Ability to influence and navigate challenging issues with resilience and professionalism.
4. Self-starter with a proactive approach, comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with minimal direction.
