Brook Street are looking to appoint two Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our established client in Ashbourne. These are temporary positions for 1 month with the potential to be extended dependant on performance and business needs.
Our client has been operating for over 40 years and have become a leading figure in their sector in this time. As a Customer Service Advisor for this business, you will be joining a high performing team based in their stunning office in Ashbourne, being the first point of contact for customer enquiries and ensuring a first rate customer experience is achieved.
Role -
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that they receive top-notch service and assistance. You will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, helping clients with their enquiries, processing bookings, and addressing any concerns they may have. If you have previous experience in a customer focused role and enjoy providing an excellent customer experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Pay - £12.72 per hour
Hours - 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Duration - 1 Month initially
