We are hiring a sales account manager with experience in digital transformation and a solid network within financial services and insurance firms. If you like to collaborate, build relationships, and work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment, we'd like to hear from you Role Responsibilities As a Sales Account Manager you will be someone who contributes significantly to various phases of the Sales lifecycle, focusing particularly on the following key responsibilities: Hunt and secure logos and also expand current logos Influence clients to secure business based on our capabilities and proven track record in relevant situations. Regularly review the sales and pursuit plans/business pipeline with leadership to ensure targets are met. Manage relationships with essential personnel and executives within the client's organization. Possess expert knowledge of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), other contractual processes, and standards. Create tailored proposals and solutions that align with the requirements outlined in client RFPs. Proactively introduce Synechron offerings to potential industry prospects. Skills and Background Requirements Proven track record of successfully hunting for and securing new business logos. Experienced in utilising multiple channels for lead generation, including LinkedIn, phone, email, salesforce and participation in industry events. Solid background in digital transformation encompassing Engineering, Delivery, and Business Consulting. Strong established network and relationships within the Financial Services sector that you will be able to leverage here Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to communicate articulately to diverse audiences.
