The role of manager on duty will be to support management in the delivery of the Junction’s operational activities/services, as well as other YMCA sites as required, ensuring at all times that delivery is professional and friendly.
As manager on duty, you will organise the day-to-day operations required, correctly recording and following the manager on duty checklists whilst adhering to YMCAB policies and systems. A rota basis is set in place for the manager on duty team.
You will be an individual who has an eye for cleanliness detail, is motivated and enthusiastic, offers great customer service and enjoys being a team-player. You will be looking to progress your education/qualifications within this vibrant industry. You will set high standards, and wish to deliver a constantly high level of service for the benefit of all.
Salary (full time role) £24,720.00 per annum / £11.88 per hour.
The available role is for 40 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.
