Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading supplier of various racking and storage solutions looking to recruit a new Project Manager to effectively manage and coordinate their warehouse projects across the South and other areas of the UK. Responsibilities
Attending customer sites, discussing project requirements and supporting the sales team in consulting customers on racking & storage to provide the best warehouse solution
Costing projects effectively and other administrative contracts duties
Coordinating and managing labor on site
Ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish
Travelling to the head office in the south for meetings as and when requiredRequirements
Racking & storage experience is essential for this position as it will be a fairly autonomous role from the start. It is essential that you have managed projects before and have the ability to manage both customers and labor on site. The position has fantastic long term opportunities within the group as they are continuing to expand and develop rapidly. The company’s head office is in the South but they work on projects across the UK. You can be based anywhere from the Midlands down to the South coast but there will be requirements to go to the office on a weekly basis for meetings.
