Job summary We have an enthusiastic new team committed to developing the practice and providing first class services for our patients and are looking for a Practice Manager to lead the team and work with the 2 partners to achieve this. Ideally we are looking for experience within general practice but welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills. Hours - Full-time or part time (minimum 28 hours) on-site. Main duties of the job The Practice Manager will lead the team and manage services efficiently alongside the operational running of the practice, dealing with the HR and compliance. Working closely with the GP Partners and collaboratively with the PCN and federation to ensure excellent patient care and sustainability of the practice.
