We are looking for an Inclusion Centre Manager to join our dynamic team at Kirk Hallam Community Academy. You will be joining us at an exciting and pivotal time in our journey of improvement.
The successful candidate will manage our Inclusion Centre on a day-to-day basis. This will involve working within an agreed framework of supervision and supporting the SENCO in coordinating the team of Teaching Assistants. This post may also involve support with our Post 16 students.
The postholder will be experienced in taking responsibility for interventions, coordinating individualised provision and other learning activities that complement the work of the teachers. This includes the delivery, monitoring and assessment of pupil progress. The role will involve working closely with parents/carers, other agencies and specialist services such as Early Help, Educational Psychologists and bespoke provision providers.
