POWWR are seeking a FP&A Manager to join our Finance team where the culture is collaborative and inclusive, where every team member's contribution is valued. You'll be leading the company’s Financial Planning Reporting and Analyses function: performing financial analyses, forecasting, planning and reporting. As our FP&A Manager you'll collaborate with Senior (non-)Finance Stakeholders to communicate, shape, influence and advance business outcomes.

What will you be doing?
1. Direct and Lead the quarterly forecasting processes business partnering with senior management. Identify & analyze key performance drivers and translate these into Boardroom quality insights.
2. Lead the annual planning, budgeting and target setting process in close collaboration with CFO, CCO and CEO. Identify & analyze key performance drivers and translate these into Boardroom quality insights.
3. Manage the monthly internal financial reporting process, overseeing & coaching the Management Accountant to ensure timely, accurate and relevant reporting. Identify & implement opportunities to improve reporting processes on a continuous improvement basis.
4. Prepare all (financial) External Reporting (Board, investors, lenders when required).
5. Identify, Analyze business opportunities in close cooperation with Profit Center leads and prepare boardroom ready Business cases.
6. Develop, improve, maintain and safeguard accurate & auditable (complex) financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
7. Create insights based on ad-hoc and recurring analyses of (non-)financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for growth. Provides insights to senior leadership supporting strategic, operational and financial objectives.
8. Support the financial risk management procedures, including by acting as focal point for all insurance matters.

As our FP&A Manager you'll be highly analytical, structured, critical thinker, willing and able to put ideas forward supported by data, analyses and arguments. You'll be willing to speak ‘hard truths’.
As a People Leader you'll have excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. You'll have experience leading others, alongside coaching/mentoring to achieve higher team performance and output quality.
1. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred) or equivalent.
2. 8+ Years of Relevant Experience in Finance, Accounting and FP&A (at least 4-5 years in FP&A) in Multinational, Multi-Business Unit and Multi-Currency environments.
3. Deep understanding of financial analysis and reporting, key business metrics, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
4. Expert Financial Modelling, ability to create Financial Statement from scratch (P&L, B/S, CFS).
5. Experience writing Python-code (pandas) to support own analyses (nice to have).
6. Experience implementing Financial Planning Tools & reporting tools (nice to have).
