They have a track record of providing fantastic opportunities to candidates throughout the country and are seeking someone to join them as a Key Account Administrator.
Key Account Administrator
Your responsibilities:
1. Provide support and liaise between the customer and internal teams to ensure any KPIs or Service Level Agreements on the accounts are met.
2. Ensure all account data is updated.
3. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned to support large national customers.
4. Answer the phone when call volumes exceed normal levels or when assigned to overflow.
5. Upload documents to customer-specific portals in line with their contract requirements as needed.
6. Proactively identify ways to improve processes to be as automatic as possible through good knowledge of NAV.
7. Train internal stakeholders on any new accounts.
8. Maintain information on customer comments in NAV and on all intranet/SharePoint platforms.
9. Have a good understanding of Fire Security Products to assist in the management of the account and positively influence customer perceptions of Churches Fire.
10. Assist with training new starters within the Department.
11. Exhibit excellent liaison and communication with all customers and departments.
Salary: £24,000
