As the Admin/Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the business by managing administrative tasks while also contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns. This is a dynamic role that will require a proactive, organised individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a focus on creativity and customer service.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
Administrative Support:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including answering phones, managing emails and maintaining schedules.
* Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as required.
* Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing accurate information regarding services, bookings, and general inquiries.
* Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation, ensuring easy access and compliance with company policies.
* Assist in the scheduling and coordination of vehicle wrapping projects.
* Process orders, invoices, and payments efficiently and maintain records of all transactions.
* Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
Marketing Support:
* Assist the Marketing Manager with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our services.
* Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), posting content, engaging with followers, and growing the company’s online presence.
* Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and promotional items.
* Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, including email marketing, newsletters, and direct mail.
* Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to track ROI and engagement.
* Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new marketing opportunities.
* Support the preparation of content for the company website and ensure it remains up to date.
* Help organise and participate in company events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Employer Expectations Skills/Knowledge/Experience etc
* Proven experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
* Experience managing social media platforms and using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for creativity and customer service.
* Previous experience in a marketing or graphic design related industry is an advantage.
* Familiarity with vehicle wrapping or the automotive sector is a bonus but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is key.
