We are looking for a Resourcer to work in our Industrial Temp Division.
Your daily routine will involve:
1. Dealing with candidates
2. Interviewing
3. Checking right to work documents
4. Inputting candidate details onto a system
5. Planning shift rotas
6. Filling shifts with the best staff available
7. Communicating with clients regarding their requirements
If you are an outgoing person who is happy to speak on the phone with clients and candidates, and possess a strong character to plan shifts and organise staff on a daily basis, then send your CV or call the office to discuss further.
There will be an on-call rota with the out-of-hours phone on a weekly basis. This is a Monday to Friday role. Good IT, Excel, and database management skills are needed, along with strong telephone skills and planning abilities.
